We’re an investor/portfolio manger (including in-house general contractor) looking to start our next portfolio. Current AUM is $30mm in Oregon and $25mm in Az, plus various holdings in CA, WA, Canada, and Israel.
Oregon, especially the Portland area, is undervalued compared to its global and national access, global brands, and lifestyle opportunities. Portland is currently strongly rebounding from years of poor choices and PR, and there is a highly-active luxury market we’re tapped into.
We are looking for $20mm in liquidity, whether that be financing or cash (can you get a mortgage?) to assemble a portfolio that generates 20-25%+ per year in profit. We pay for all construction (labor/materials/permits etc.) and you help us fund the acquisitions.
I’m a real estate broker in Oregon, Washington, and Georgia, and I am paid on the commissions. The builder/manager is paid 25% of profit.
