Hello PMC members,
I just joined the PMC premium membership this morning as a lender. I am currently in negations with Steve Lawson seeking a loan.
He has advised me that he has done a number of deals with members in this community. He has named a few people, and I have reached out to make contact with them but thought I would try here as well while I am hoping to hear from any of them.
Any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I had a very good experience lending to Steve. It was the first deal I had ever done and he was helpful to the point of keeping me out of trouble with my SDIRA. All payments were timely and he communicated well throughout our deal.
